LeaseLedger started the way most club tools do — out of frustration with a dry-erase board nobody updated and a group text nobody could keep up with. Running a hunting lease or a fishing club shouldn't mean chasing down who claimed a stand, who paid dues, or what got taken this season.

It's built by Josh Sibley, through Sibley Holdings LLC, based in Virginia — a hunter and angler who got tired of the same spreadsheet-and-group-text mess every lease seems to run on, and started building the tool he wanted his own club to have.

We built LeaseLedger for lease clubs, hunting camps, and fishing clubs who want one place to manage the board, the harvest and catch log, the water, and the work that keeps the property running — without turning club management into a second job.

The philosophy is simple: charge one flat price for the whole club and put every feature in every plan, never sell member data, never run ads, and build the app we'd actually want to use on our own lease. If a feature doesn't make running a club or a camp easier, it doesn't belong here.
