I don't have a club. Can I still use it?
Yes, that's what the Personal plan is for: your own maps, trail cams, food plots, and harvest log for $2.99 a month or $9.99 a year. If you start a club later, turn your personal space into the club and keep everything.
What happens if we outgrow our tier?
Your club's tier is based on your current member count — add members and your billing adjusts to match.
Do all tiers get the same features?
Yes. Every tier includes the full app — pricing only scales with how many members are in your club.
Can we switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Your club admin can switch plans, or between monthly and yearly, any time from the club's billing page. The difference is charged or credited automatically.
Are there fees when members pay the club?
Only for card payments. The member paying covers the card processing fee plus a 1% service fee, and the club receives the full amount. Recording cash or check payments is free.
Do we pay per member?
No. One flat price covers your whole club, based on its size. Adding a member never adds a fee until you move into the next size tier.
Is there a free trial?
Every new club starts with a 14-day trial — no credit card required to get your board set up. If the trial ends before a plan is picked, the app locks until an admin chooses one; nothing is ever charged automatically.
