Demo Hollow Hunt Club

Kick the tires before you set up your club

Demo Hollow is a made-up club on 147 acres of real ground in rural Brunswick County, Virginia. Its three hunting tracts follow the county’s actual parcel lines, and its farm pond and creek sit right on the water. It has six stands and duck blinds, trail cameras, and a full 2025–26 season of hunts, sightings, harvests, and fish. Join it as a member and use the app the way your members would.

  1. STEP 1

    Make a free account

Email and password. No credit card, and it doesn’t start a trial.

  2. STEP 2

    Join with code 555555

It’s filled in for you. Add your name and mailing address first, like any club asks.

  3. STEP 3

    Look around

You’re in as a regular member. Nothing you do there leaves the demo.

The landowner report opens without an account, the same way your landowner would see it.

Things to try

  • Claim a stand

Open the Morning Board, set the wind, and see which stands show Good wind. Claim one and check in.

  • Where should I hunt?

Rank the club’s stands by the live wind at the property and recent trail-cam activity.

  • Walk the lease

Three tracts on satellite maps with stand, camera, and harvest pins you can switch on and off.

  • Trail cams

Photos filed by camera, each tagged with the weather and moon phase for the hour it was taken.

  • Harvest log

Deer, turkey, and duck harvests with scores, weights, and photos, and club totals by stand and member.

  • Season recap

Club → Season recap, then pick 2025–26: 80+ hunts, harvests by month, top animals, busiest stands. It prints for the annual meeting.

  • Best days

The calendar rates each day from the club’s past hunts, the moon, and the 7-day forecast.

  • Log work hours

Club → Projects. Members log workday hours; officers approve them and they come off that member’s dues.

  • Bulletin & votes

Club posts, the bylaws with every version saved, and a few votes in progress.

Officer-only screens (billing, approving members and work hours, landowner links, the directory listing) aren’t open to demo visitors. They’re all described on the features page.

How the demo works

  • It resets itself. Anything you add is erased about 24 hours later, and your demo membership ends after 24 hours. Your LeaseLedger account stays, ready for your own club.
  • What you add stays yours. Other visitors don’t see your posts, records, or your name on the roster; everyone sees the same sample club underneath.
  • Your location is never shared. Live View in the demo shows made-up hunters, and your own dot stays on your screen only.
  • No money moves. Payments and photo uploads are turned off. The people, stands, records, and documents are all made up.
