What we collect
Your name and email (for your account), and whatever your club logs in the app — stand reservations, harvest records and photos, work logs, and dues status. We also collect basic billing information when your club subscribes.
How we use it
To run the app for your club: showing the board, sending sign-in and notification emails, and processing your club's subscription. We don't sell your data.
Who can see it
Club data (the board, harvest log, work log) is visible to members of your own club only, enforced at the database level. It's never shared across clubs.
Third parties
We use Supabase for hosting and authentication, and Resend for sending emails. Payment processing, when enabled, will be handled by Stripe — we don't store your card details ourselves.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by reaching out via the Contact page.
