Delete your account

LeaseLedger is operated by Sibley Holdings LLC. You can delete your account and personal data at any time, with or without the app installed.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in at leaseledgerhunt.com or in the LeaseLedger app.
2. Open the menu and choose Account.
3. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect right away. If you're the only admin of a club that has other members, you'll be asked to name another admin first.

Can't sign in? Email info@leaseledgerhunt.com from the address on your account, or use our Contact page, and say you want your account deleted. We finish within 30 days.

What's deleted and what's kept

• Deleted: your account, sign-in details, name, email, mailing address, notification settings and phone tokens, blocked-member list, and your Live View locations.
• Kept in your club's history under “Former member”: records you created for the club, like rules, tasks, harvest logs, and trail cam photos, unless you ask us to remove them too.
• Kept without your name: your club's record of any card payment, as long as needed for the club's books, taxes, and card disputes.
• Backups: deleted information is removed from our providers' rolling backups within 30 days.
